Project Process

Project Timeline

Projects take 2 weeks to complete. Before we can start, you'll need to complete a homework assignment (content submission) that also requires 2 weeks. This assignment is given 1-2 business days after booking, allowing you at least 2 weeks to finish it. Completing this homework on time ensures we have all the necessary content to start the design process smoothly.

Week 1

Monday: Project kickoff call to review submitted content and address any questions

Wednesday: Home page draft

Friday: Website presentation

Week 2

Monday-Wednesday; Feedback, refinement period

Thursday: Launch prep

Friday: Launch day! We meet to launch the site and I also teach you how to make your own edits.

Payment is typically structured to align with the project timeline. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. This setup ensures that both the timeline and financial commitment are clear and manageable from the start.

What are "Standard Pages?"

Standard pages are essential for most websites but typically aren't included in the main navigation. These pages often include:

Link in Bio Page; A mobile-friendly page with multiple links, perfect for Instagram and other social media bios.

Legal Terms Structure & Layout; Pages like Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy (content not included).

Error 404; A custom redirect page for broken links that may occur over time.

Simple Thank You Page; A submission confirmation page that users are redirected to after submitting a form.

These do not include legal terms, just the design layout & structure to house them. You must supply your own legal policy content; if you don’t have anything, we may share a resource with you to get a discount & become legally compliant, but they are always a separate purchase. You must do your own due diligence.
